Technical property management
With technical property management we relieve you of the maintenance of the house. Technical management includes matters such as fire safety, maintenance, facility management and energy management. Naturally, we ensure that everything complies with the correct laws and regulations. These are all technical property management tasks that we perform:
- Point of contact for all maintenance and repair work, complaints and faults
- Carrying out (periodic) inspections
- Request for quotation, order and check on execution of maintenance
- Compare, conclude and maintain service contracts with suppliers (gas, electricity, water, etc.)
Financial property management
With financial property management we relieve you of all administrative matters concerning the property. This includes preparing and collecting rent invoices, monitoring rent markets dynamics and implementing rent increases. We take care of the entire collection process, even up to the possible engagement of a debit collector company. These are all the financial property management tasks we perform:
